The Twin Sisters peaks are located approximately 9 to 10 miles southwest of Mount Baker in the North Cascades of Washington. The "Twins" are separated from the volcano by the Middle Fork of the Nooksack River, and on a clear day, the summit of the North Twin Sister offers an unobstructed view of Mount Baker.
This Twin Sisters Medium Roast comes to us as one of Onyx Coffees Gem Series. A Bourbon variety green coffee from producers Petronilo Martinez El Aguacatal in Huehuetenango Guatemala.
Cupping Notes: Pomegranate, cherry, cranberry, whipped buttery mouthfeel.
