Who We Are

We are a Small-Batch, Craft Coffee Roastery in Bellingham Washington. Warren Schick, Owner and CEO of Incline Coffee, began roasting coffee in a simple fluid bed roaster in his garage (This machine is essentially an oversized popcorn air popper). At Incline Coffee, we are inspired by the magnificent mountains of the North Cascades. Each roast is named for one of the iconic volcanoes of the Cascades. From simple beginnings we now create simple, delicious and bold coffee flavors from exquisite green coffee beans from around the globe.

At Incline, we work hard to preserve this legacy in the craft roasts we produce. We hope you are inspired by the exquisite scents, aromas and flavors from our mountain roasts.
