Who We Are

Our Story

We are a Small-Batch, Craft Coffee Roastery in Bellingham Washington. Warren Schick, Owner and CEO of Incline Coffee, began roasting coffee in a simple fluid bed roaster in his garage (This machine is essentially an oversized popcorn air popper). At Incline Coffee, we are inspired by the magnificent mountains of the North Cascades. Each roast is named for one of the iconic volcanoes of the Cascades. From simple beginnings we now create simple, delicious and bold coffee flavors from exquisite Guatamalan beans.

Our coffee collections are carefully selected from our friends at Onyx Coffee. The owner, Edwin Martinez imports green coffee beans from his family farm, Finca Vista Hermosa, and a few legacy smallholder producer neighbors in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango Guatamala. The Martinez family farm has a rich history in coffee reaching back to their grandfather, Don Felipe Martinez. In 1957, Don Felipe began cultivating coffee in remote highland regions with few access roads or electricity.
