Glacier Peak Espresso Roast

This Espresso roasted coffee is inspired by one of the five major stratovolcanoes of Washington's  Cascades Mountains, Glacier Peak or Dakobed ("Takobia" as its known in the Sauk-Suiattle dialect of the Lushootseed language). It sits at an elevation of 10,545 feet (4th tallest in WA state) and 70 miles northeast of Seattle. It was formed about 1 million years ago and has produced some of the largest and most explosive eruptions in the state.

 

Our Glacier Peak Espresso Roast coffee is produced from a mill blend of three nano-lots, from the Fancisco Flora Mendez Family in San Pedro Necta, Guatamala.

 

Cupping Notes: Bakers Chocolate, Body/Fullness, Caramel, Dried Fig, Floral

 

Process: Washed

 

Whole Bean and Ground options available.
